Return Policies

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from U-Save Wholesale Flooring. You may return any unopened, non-damaged cartons of hard surface material for exchange or refund within 30 days from date of purchase as long as stock is still available in store.

Please inspect your flooring prior to installation. Once material is installed it will be deemed acceptable.

There will be no returns after carpet has been cut.

Terms and Conditions

Product Storage: Need more time to arrange delivery or installation? No problem, we will store your material for 7 days FREE. When you are ready to pick up just call us 30 minutes before you arrive and will have it ready for you. Merchandise must be paid for in full before pick up. C.O.D. Balances are payable by cash, certified cheque, interact, visa or mastercard.

Hardwood and laminate must climatize, in the room to be installed, for a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation.

Hardwood and laminate must have proper humidity levels at all times. A level from 35% - 55% must be maintained at all times to ensure manufacturer's warrantees are valid. Please refer to manufacturer's warranty for full details.
